Mgr. Petr KAREL, Ph.D. (partner)

Petr Karel graduated from the Law Faculty of Charles University, Prague and obtained a Ph.D degree from the University of Economics in Prague. He also attended postgraduate specialisation courses at the King´s College, London. From  1995–1999 Petr worked as  a Manager and later the Director of the European Commission’s project (Accession of the Czech Republic to the EU). He then worked as a Director of the regional department of Restructualisation (work-out) in the SocGe CZ. From 2002 to 2009 Petr was a Senior Executive of the GE Capital  Bank in the Czech Republic and Slovakia responsible for Business Development (acquisitions, strategic partnerships – including creating insurance franchise with the ING) and relations with the Government authorities and regulators. From 2003-2004 Petr worked at the European headquarters of the General Electric in Brussels.

From 2006-2009 Petr was a rotating Member of the Presidium of the Czech Banking Association and Chairman of the Consumer Affairs Committee thereof. Petr is a Board Member of the British Chamber of Commerce in Prague. He also lectures in the Czech Republic and abroad (Financial markets and regulation).

Ing. Petr Kadeřávek (partner)

Petr graduated from Faculty of Economics and Management, CZU in Prague.

Since the mid-nineties, Petr co-owned and managed several companies engaged in trade of food and commodities. From 2000-2004 he worked at Siemens Automotive company at various managerial positions;  From 2005-2008, Petr was a member of the executive management of this company, with responsibility for strategic planning and facility management.

Since 2008, Petr is concerned in managing project, especially in the construction, development and renewable energy sources. Since the beginning of 2012 he is responsible for the sales of immovable property of Czech Railways.

Ing. Martin Kovalčuk (partner)

 
Martin Kovalčuk graduated from Faculty of Economics of Technical University of Ostrava. Martin has worked as a project manager in the field of controlling, restructualisation and financial management for big business. Up until  2002 Martin served as a deputy chief financial and head of controlling in Vítkovice corp..He then worked as a financial director in Česká zbrojovka. From 2005-2006 Martin was a director of division focused on subsidiaries in Mittal Steel Ostrava. Nowadays he lectures financial management.

Helena Petráková (consultant)

In 2013, she finished studies in International trade at the University of Economics. As part of her studies she completed work experience at Deloitte. She has also attended specialized studies in the field of international finance and management at the University of New Zealand. After that she worked at Johnson Controls as a management assistant. In 2014, she joined the London Market.
