We supported the film “Good old Czechs”
On September 15th 2023 new film about Czechoslovak RAF pilots „Good old Czechs“ is coming to cinemas. The documentary brings to life the memories of two famous RAF pilots gen. František Fajtl and Filip Jánský. Odyssean story describes war journey of these pilots through battle-fields of Poland-France-Great Britain-Soviet Union-Slovakia back home…to detention center, prison and low-qualified hard labor jobs as a “reward” of the new post war communist government for their heroic service in western but paradoxically also eastern military resistance.
In London Market we are proud we could support the creation of the film. History must be remembered so that it does not repeat itself.
